We ship to the United States Only
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Shipping for all Osmosis products are $15 per order.
Returns
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. All returns must be approved by Customer Support within 30 days of invoice date. There will be a 3% processing fee for all returns made after 30 days.
Products & Ingredients
In most cases, we use natural and bio-identical ingredients. Our clean, non-toxic formulas are holistic because they do not cause harm to the skin. Osmosis opted not to focus on organic products because we do not think they make lasting changes to the skin. Organic is really important in foods because of the properties of pesticides and additives otherwise present. In skincare, this is not an issue so there is no advantage. However, there is a distinct disadvantage because they only allow 5% or less of the key ingredients that make real change in the skin. By using natural formulas full of our patented and/or exclusive ingredients, we are doing much more good to the skin.
Most of our products are formulated to be vegan and gluten-free. Please check individual products for specific ingredient information.
The majority of our Skincare and Colour products are Oncology Friendly, you can view our Oncology Friendly products here. The recommendation and use of these products should be done by professionals trained in Oncology Skincare to ensure safe and effective use. Some products may not be recommended for certain types of cancer or during certain stages.
Our stem cells come from carefully screened adult adipose tissue. There are no actual stem cells in StemFactor Growth Factor Serum, just the growth factors they make.

Yes, our bottles, compacts, and boxes are recyclable. Be sure to remove any pumps or sprayers, give your empty bottle or compact a quick rinse, and always check with your local recycling facility or provider for what they can and cannot accept.
