At Sarah Jackson Skincare, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can best serve all clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. We understand that emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment. By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
